Nationality

As a Government agency, we have a security clearance process for all new recruits. You will be eligible for appointment at HMGCC only if:

• You are a British citizen, and
• One of your parents is a British citizen, and
• You have primarily been a resident in the UK for the last 10 years.

Please note that these are the minimum requirements for initial consideration.

We also have to make security and other enquiries to ensure the suitability of candidates for employment.
